Situated just 1km from Pythagorion and built directly on the long shingle/sandy beach of Potokaki where a variety of water sports, tavernas and bars located. The Complex is comprised of the main Hotel building in addition to having it’s own Village built in traditional Greek style architecture. Each Village building is designed to resemble a building in a Greek village.

All rooms are furnished with Bath (village) or Shower/WC (main building), Balcony or Terrace – some of which have sea views. Telephone, Radio, Plasma SAT-TV, Hair Dryer, A/C (H/S only) and Fridge. Most rooms have double beds, only a few have twin beds. Occupancy in village max 3 adults or 2 Adults + 1 Child , in hotel rooms 2 adults and one child and in the Suites max 3 adults or 2 Adults +2 Children.

A Reception area containing a lounge and bar area, where Safety deposit boxes and money exchange facilities are available. A couple of restaurants where breakfast and dinner is served along with a Beach side Pool/Snack Bar. The Village Square around which the Bungalows are built contains a Kafenion, Shop, small museum, jeweller, Hairdressers and gift shop. The Complex also boasts 3 a la Carte restaurants , a SPA , Beauty Salon, Gym ,Conference facilities, Amphitheatre, a Tennis and Volleyball Court .

The large fresh water pool and paddling area are located directly on the beach and have beds, umbrellas, showers, WC and changing rooms as well as a Jacuzzi.

For Children there is a playground, babysitting service, cots and children’s menu.

Breakfast: American buffet. Dinner: 5 course menu, soup, starters, salads and dessert buffet, choice of 3 main courses (vegetarian dishes on request), served.
